Formed Group in 2025: Building Momentum
Reflecting on our journey, we celebrated our incredible achievements from 2024, with our directors, Bruce Haughton, Roy Haughton, and Terence Haughton, affirming our ambitions for the year ahead.
Among our successes was the growth of our team, with over 40 driven and passionate members working together to drive excellence as we build our presence across the UK and US markets. We also unveiled plans for our newly designed offices and showroom – spaces thoughtfully curated to inspire collaboration and creative thinking.
As a team always striving for improvement, each department shared an overview of our greatest achievements from 2024 and how we can continue to deliver exceptional service globally.
Jake Haughton and Rolf Crocker highlighted how our sales team plan to streamline processes to drive growth and maximise our potential. Mariya Brettell also explained how we will maintain our high-quality standards throughout 2025.
Members of our marketing team, looked back at our remarkable year, from winning the Product of the Year SBID Award for our Hendel & Hendel Brokk Collection, to displaying our brand at various exhibitions across the UK. Looking ahead, Gareth Hull shared plans to expand our portfolio, crafting further high-quality products that embody creativity and innovation.
Our 2025 strategy empowers our team to identify opportunities to enhance our processes and maintain our world-class levels of service. Entering the new year, we continue to live by our values of being agile, passionate, and solution driven. We will keep close contact with our vendors, improve our product database for our clients, and develop our offerings within the KBB industry.
Hendel & Hendel will also introduce several new collections, offering an even greater choice of expertly engineered, distinctive styles to put your unique mark on your home.
