  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Proforma account holders pay for the goods at point of order for the goods to be processed.  Credit account holders will be provided with invoices and statements with payments required to be paid within credit terms agreed.

    We accept VISA, VISA debit, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro card payments, in addition to cheque or BACS payments.

  • Can I schedule my delivery?

    Yes, when you reach checkout stage you will be able to schedule your required delivery date and also the service that you require. All orders will be invoiced on the date of despatch.

  • I need my order delivering to a different address, is this possible?

    Yes you can, please enter this at the checkout stage. We deliver to home addresses and site addresses throughout the UK. If goods are required to be delivered to Europe or other global locations we can arrange for this, please specify at time of order and we will contact you to arrange shipment.

  • When can I expect my goods to arrive?

    We use nationwide and same day couriers, they deliver between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. We also offer Saturday, Sunday and timed deliveries where specified at checkout stage.

  • Will my goods need signing for at time of delivery?

    Yes they will need to be signed for. We would ask that packages are checked for any damages prior to signing. If any damages to packages are noticed the goods must be signed for as 'Damaged'. This will enable us to claim from the couriers in the event of any goods being damaged inside the boxes.

  • Can I collect my goods?

    Goods can be collected but they must be ordered prior to collection.

    Collections are available from 8.00 to 5.00pm.

  • I've forgotten my password.

    If you have forgotten your password do not worry. Simply click on 'Forgot my password' on the log in page and you'll receive an email with a link to reset it

  • Do I have to have an account to order from you?

    No, you can register using our instant online account opening service or call our sales team on 0800 8491292. Benefits include 24/7 ordering, quick order, download product specifications and images, track and trace orders and order history.

    We have a number of resellers throughout the UK and should you wish to purchase from them please contact us through the Contact Us page, confirm your location in your message and we can confirm your nearest reseller.

  • How do I know if a product is in stock?

    Once you have logged in to your account you will be able to view stock levels. These can be obtained at the product page prior to purchase and also in the basket. If an item is not in stock a lead time will normally be shown. If you require an improved lead time or a lead time is not displayed please call 0800 8491292 and we can seek to find a solution for you. 

  • What will my pricing structure be?

    Our pricing structure is clear and easy to use. When first setting up a trade account with ourselves you will be set up with discount structure. This discount will display nett prices to you online. Our prices do not vary depending on order quantity- you can have the confidence of an excellent price whatever your order quantity. Prices are displayed as single units of measure.
