  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Proforma account holders pay for the goods at point of order for the goods to be processed.  Credit account holders will be provided with invoices and statements with payments required to be paid within credit terms agreed.

    We accept VISA, VISA debit, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro card payments, in addition to BACS payments.

  • I've forgotten my password.

    If you have forgotten your password do not worry. Simply click on 'Forgot my password' on the log in page and you'll receive an email with a link to reset it

  • How do I know if a product is in stock?

    Once you have logged in to your account you will be able to view stock levels, please note this may not always be up to date.
