Under the GDP Regulations, you have the right to know about the information we hold about your company. We are sending this email as you will fall into one of the below categories:

As a Customer there is certain information that we hold about your company. This information includes personal names, email addresses, phone numbers and position within your company. We may also hold data about the company that is obtainable from Companies House. The basis for holding this data is ‘Contractual’ so that we can adequately meet your requirements in fulfilling orders that you place with us. We also use this data to send marketing material to you by electronic means or post. Relevant data may be shared with our carrier companies who need to know the location to which goods are to be sent, and the contact name and possibly phone details in case of difficulty in making a delivery. In the event of non-payment invoices, the information may also be shared with external debt collection agencies.
Your company has the right to know what information we hold about you and you may contact us at any time by emailing us at gdpr@formed-uk.com. If you then ask us to alter or delete any data we have an obligation to do so, if legally possible.

As a valued supplier and under the GDP Regulations we are obliged to inform you of the data that we hold about your company; this currently includes the name of your company, email address, phone number, contact names and bank details. The basis for holding this information is ‘Contractual’ because we need this information to be able to trade with you.
We do not share any of the data that we hold about your company.
Your company has the right to know what information we hold about you; to obtain this information any time by emailing us at gdpr@formed-uk.com. If you then ask us to alter or delete any data we have an obligation to do so, if legally possible. There is no charge for this.

Dear Potential Customer,
Under the GDP Regulations we are obliged to tell you that we hold data about your company although we do not trade with you yet. Because of the products that we sell, and the trade that we understand your company to be in, we have based the legal reason for holding this data as ‘legitimate interest’.
The data that we have is only used for sending marketing material to you and is not shared with any other company.
You have the right to view the data that we hold about your company and the right to have it amended or deleted. Please contact us by emailing us at gdpr@formed-uk.com if you would like to take either of these options.
