Formed Group - Update
The last few months have been particularly challenging for all of us. We hope you and your families are in good health and looking forward to the gradual re-opening of many sectors of Industry.
Formed Group has stayed open continuously during the COVID19 crisis. We were part of the NHS key supply chain and were called upon to use our industry knowledge and procurement expertise to help where we could. We are also very proud to have been a part of several of the NHS Nightingale Hospital projects. We have made swift changes to our working practices and working environment to ensure that we can continue to deliver excellent service during this unprecedented time. Our phone lines remain operational (as they have throughout) and you can still order online 24/7 and access your account through our website.
Customer Experience Changes
Implementing strict new social distancing measures and making our warehouse operations COVID19 secure has created a need for some temporary operational changes. They are as follows-
The changing business landscape during this time has also meant that we've had to review our customer credit accounts. Any accounts with overdue balances may have had their new orders placed on hold, in order to avoid this please get in touch with our accounts team or customer services on 01522 551414 to settle your account up to date to make sure there is no disruption or delay in receiving your orders.
